A: This is added to all purchases made on our client’s behalf because we will spend a great deal of time shopping for many items for your home including food, wine, home accessories, bathroom products, etc. Keep in mind that when we are out shopping, without you, we are not charging the hourly rate. The 20% is designed to cover gas, parking, time, energy and potential returns.
