Hey Jill,
Just wanted to fire off a HUGE thanks to you and Elise for all of your help and insight in sprucing up my apartment. I think you and Elise will be amazing with your firm… I was chatting with Eric last night and we both so appreciated how the two of you provided recommendations to things, as opposed to telling us what would work… not only that, you both then fed off each other and accepted my insight as well… that’s huge in building client relationships, as you know, but especially for guys who really don’t have a clue and need to be put at ease… honestly, you two were fantastic and huge kudos for all your recommendations (even those that didn’t work – which is another huge trait – being able to say with honesty when one of your ideas doesn’t mesh with the space… so money)…
